Króny Cup 2025 – The Wildest Weekend of the Hockey Season in Prague!

Forget Iron Maiden. Forget Billie Eilish.
This past weekend, Prague was home to the most electrifying show of the season – the legendary Króny Cup!

An action-packed celebration of international amateur hockey, where the passion was real, the goals were endless, and the fun? Off the charts.

We played like our lives depended on it.
We devoured delicious food, sipped fine beer, and recharged with enough goodies to power through an intense weekend of hockey battles.
The Saturday night party in the heart of the city?
BOMB!
New friendships, wild dances, and one shared love – hockey.

From first puck drop to the final horn, it was a rollercoaster of goals, saves, twists, and drama.

🏒 The Rekreanti, although finishing last, kept the spirits high – this is what "recreational" is all about!
🦁 Lev Praha found glory in their final game, finishing on a high note.
🌍 The Prague Expats, a team of strangers turned warriors, gave the red-hot Lions Bratislava a real run for their money.
🌍Team North, a world-class squad, went on an epic group-stage run.
🇵🇱 Lotry Kraków pulled off thrilling comebacks and claimed their mini-final with pride.

And the Grand Finale?
An Austrian-Czech showdown – Los Pepos vs. Hockey Urquell.
But after a fierce weekend, Los Pepos couldn't stop the Czech steamroller.
Urquell lifted the trophy in spectacular fashion!

What a ride.

This weekend brought together players from across the globe – USA, Canada, Japan, Sweden, Greece, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Austria, Germany…
The whole world was here.
And we made memories for a lifetime.
